At Guardique Products A/S, we make high-quality products with the least possible environmental impact. This is important to us and our customers. We’ve taken action and in recent years introduced several products and processes to start transitioning towards becoming a greener company. 

Foam scraps from our production are recycled and transformed into football pitches, we have expanded our product line with Panaros EKO cases, which are made of 100% recycled plastic, and we reduce consumption by ensuring that our products last for many years. 

Now, we are taking the next step in our journey towards becoming greener. We are introducing our new recycled PE foam type with the catchy name PEMRSPBS.

The foam type is a closed-cell, non-crosslinked polyethylene foam type that can be delivered in densities from 22 kg/m2. The foam consists of at least 80% recycled foam residues, making a significant contribution to our green ambitions - without compromising on quality. 

PEMRSPBS is made from high-quality PE foam residues, which gives the foam a firm, shock-absorbing structure and makes it ideal for packaging solutions. Recycling logos are printed on the back of the foam, signaling that the foam has a much lower environmental impact than similar foam types.
