PE Foam (Polyethylen)
We have a wide range of PU foam types available.
We have a wide range of PU foam types available, including Polyether and Polyester. Polyether foam is used in packaging, technical solutions for wet environments, and the furniture industry. Polyether foam has high memory properties but low UV resistance. Polyester foam is used for technical solutions such as in the ventilation industry or gaskets. We offer both Polyether and Polyester foam in sheets, rolls, or as customized components. Polyethylene is a thermoplastic foam material and the most commonly used foam type for protecting equipment during transport. It is particularly well-suited for suitcase interiors, foam inserts, and technical foam applications.
Our PE foam is available as both cross-linked and non-cross-linked foam. Cross-linked PE foam is characterized by its fine, regular, and closed cell structure, providing a smooth surface that does not absorb moisture. All our PE grades have excellent thermal insulating properties for technical solutions. We offer PE foam in sheets or as CNC-cut components, available in various densities. It can also be supplied as ESD foam (ESD) and flame-retardant foam (FR).
