Capidea Acquires Majority Share in Guardique Products A/S

Today we are announcing that we have entered into a partnership with the Danish private equity fund Capidea Management ApS, which will become the majority owner of Guardique Products A/S. Henrik Kristian Linde, CEO and Co-founder of Guardique Products A/S, says:

Guardique Products A/S was founded in 2023 as a result of the merger between Linde & Larsen and Flightcases International, two companies with decades of experience in sales, distribution and production of cases and custom-built foam solutions for the industry. The merger turned Guardique into the market leader in Northern Europe. Now, the goal is to become the market leader in Europe.
