We use a variety of tools and methods to make foam solutions that are tailored to specific purposes. One of the machines we use in our foam manufacturing process is the foam saw. As we deal with tonnes of foam sheets on a daily basis, the foam saw comes in handy. While cutting detailed foam interiors is a job for the CNCs or the waterjet cutter, the foam saw is great for preparatory work. By using this machine, we can cut up large foam sheets into smaller sheets that are easier to handle.
