Multilayer Foam - MLF Foam

Multilayer Foam is a PE special foam that is pre-laminated in layers and can easily be cut and shaped to fit your equipment, tools, etc. The best alternative for custom interiors - you can do it all yourself! Forget about cumbersome pick foam that crumbles, is soft, and only adjusts to squares, only to fall apart shortly afterward.

With multilayer foam, you get a medium-hard foam type that you can quickly adapt to your equipment by cutting around it and simply peeling the foam to the depth you desire. Multilayer Foam is pre-laminated in 5 mm layers and comes in thicknesses of 30 mm, 50 mm, and 70 mm.

Multilayer Foam is suitable for suitcase interiors, all kinds of protection, and packing of equipment, tool arrangements, packaging, and shipping of equipment.

Platazote LD 29

Platazote LD 29 foam sheets are medium-hard foam sold as full sheets and are easy to work with using knives and cutting tools. They have excellent shock and vibration damping properties.

Platazote foam is highly durable and, thanks to its great regeneration capacity, can be used countless times. Platazote is 100% polyethylene, environmentally friendly, and can be disposed of by simple incineration without harmful environmental effects.

Platazote LD 45 - Colored Foam

We stock Platazote LD 45 in black, blue, yellow, and red. Platazote LD 45 is a closed-cell foam type that is slightly harder than LD 29. Foam sheets are sold as full sheets and are easy to work with using knives and cutting tools. They have excellent shock and vibration damping properties.

Egg Crate Foam - Soft Foam

Egg crate foam, also known as nub foam or pyramid foam, is available in sheet sizes of 200 cm x 100 cm and in various thicknesses. It is professional foam for many purposes, such as packaging, soundproofing, and protecting equipment during transport. Typically used for lining motor compartments, machine guards, noise cabins, electrical enclosures, panels, packaging inserts, etc. The product meets several fire class standards.

Polyether PU Foam - Soft Foam

Polyester 025 H foam is a relatively soft foam type suitable for all types of packaging, offering a very high degree of protection. It can also be used for soundproofing. We stock polyester foam in thicknesses of 20 mm and 40 mm. It is also available with custom cuts, tailored dimensions, and in antistatic quality. Contact us for prices. Polyester foam is a flexible PUR material with an open cell structure, delivered in sizes of 2000 x 1000 mm in 20 mm and 40 mm. Other thicknesses can be supplied upon request. We stock 025 H with a density of 22 kg/m³ in anthracite color.
