HOW WE PROTECT DRONE EQUIPMENT

Our 10.000 sqm production facilities in Roedovre, Denmark enables us to in-house develop specialized protective solutions tailored to your equipment. From the smallest to the most advanced, requirements in any climate, portable and light or maximum protection.

• Step 1: Identifying your need Step 1

  Tell us about your project and needs, and from your equipment (drone, batteries, accessories) we will analyze whether to use a standard case, or a custom made flightcase / IP case.

  
• Step 2: Replicating your drone Step 2

  If you have a 3D model of your drone equipment, just share it with us. If not, send us the drone itself and we'll physically scan and digitize it to create a digital copy.

  
• Step 3: Developing the solution Step 3

  After completing Steps 1 and 2 and discussing your needs with you, we begin the design process. We create a 2D/3D document of your design. Making sure the overall structure matches your drone and equipment perfectly.

  
• Step 4: Manufacturing parts Step 4

  Once step 3 is confirmed by the client, we start manufacturing. Our CNC mill cuts the foam, the cases we have in stock are prepared, and if it's a custom made case, we manufacture it.

  
• Step 5: Assembly and delivery Step 5

  The foam and case come together on our assembly line. We add the final touches, install the interior lining, and pack your equipment so it arrives ready for immediate use.
