Terms of Trade for Standard Goods
We primarily deal with businesses, but you can also purchase as an individual. All prices are listed both with and without VAT. As an individual, you naturally have a 2-year warranty and a 60-day full return policy on standard goods. However, this does not apply to the goods we produce ourselves. This applies to monitor screens, multiple laptop and tablet cases, and charger cases.
Standard goods include all Peli Protector Cases, Peli Air Cases, Peli Storm Cases, Extreme Cases, Lightcases, Premium Aluminium Cases, Tool Cases, and Shell-Cases as well as all accessories for Peli products and all Peli Lights.
You can always identify our standard goods by their stock status in stock.

We have more than 15,000 cases in stock and thus have one of Europe's largest inventories of professional cases. All products you can see on our site, which are not made to order, are items we stock. Therefore, we are probably the only ones in Denmark who can deliver from day-to-day.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day and are usually delivered the next day. You can also choose to pick up from us in RĆødovre and collect the same day (Please call in advance so we can prepare the item for you)You can always see the shipping price before you buy. This can be seen if you put an item in the cart. You can then get a price estimate for the shipping.
All our standard goods are normally in stock, if there is an error in our stock system and the item is unexpectedly not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours and you have full right to cancel your purchase.For all our standard products, we offer a 60-day cancellation and exchange policy. So if you got the wrong size or regret your purchase, we offer an exchange or your money back. The item must be like new and in its original packaging and without any modifications and must appear as new. For lights, we have a 60-day exchange policy.
Before you return your item, contact us via email administration@guardique.com.For all our standard goods, we deliver from day-to-day for orders placed before 11:00 AM. If it is particularly important that the item arrives the next day, call 33214444 and let us know, and we will take special care of your order.
We offer an unlimited lifetime warranty on all Peli Products, including Peli Protector cases, Peli Air, and Peli Storm Cases (Excludes accessories).
Specifically for RALS, there is no unlimited lifetime warranty. For us to cover the warranty, you must send your product to our address, and the product must be purchased from us. If you have no receipt, contact us and we may be able to help you find your order in our system.
You pay for the shipping to our company and for the shipping of your new product to yourself from us.
For other products, we offer a 1-year warranty according to the purchase law and as a private individual, a 2-year warranty.
You can always see the shipping price before you buy. This can be seen if you put an item in the cart. You can then get a price estimate for the shipping.
Guardique Products A/S is the legal name of our company. This name will appear on all official documents, including invoices and receipts. By trading with us, the customer acknowledges that this trade is made with Guardique Products A/S. When the customer places an order with Guardique Products A/S, the payment will be processed as follows: The money will be withdrawn from the customer's card when the order is shipped from our warehouse. This ensures that the customer only pays for the goods when they are on their way for delivery. The customer will receive a confirmation by email when the payment is completed and the order is shipped.
Sales to Public Enterprises
Our customers include all public institutions, and you can purchase via EAN number. We have more than 300 public customers in our system. As a public customer, you can buy directly from our webshop, both with a payment card, against an invoice, and with an EAN number. Inquiries and orders can be sent as a purchase requisition to sales@guardique.com or via phone. For special solutions, please always contact us for a non-binding offer.
Find the items you want and put them in the shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and click order. Enter the billing address and delivery address and select the shipping method and click next. At the payment method, select EAN. Enter the EAN number and any requisition number and any reference, and finish by clicking purchase. We send the item and you will automatically receive an invoice.Purchase on Credit
If you are a business and wish to purchase on credit, this is possible. Find the items you want and make a purchase. At checkout, you indicate as the payment method, purchase against invoice and a free text. This can be your purchase number or other optional number or text.
Note, we always check credit information and reserve the right to demand payment before delivery.If you are a customer and have previously received credit, we offer 14 days or 30 days credit, also on orders purchased on our shop.
Reservations
We have an extensive product program with more than 3,000 item numbers that we update continuously. We reserve the right for incorrect and erroneous prices. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel all orders.
We have an extensive product program with more than 3,000 item numbers and an inventory of more than 13,000 items. We usually have all our items in stock and where we have indicated that the stock status is "In Stock", we usually have at least 10 pieces in stock and often many more of the given product. If we do not have the item in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and when we expect to be able to deliver. In these cases, you have the right to cancel your order by informing us of this.
Terms of Trade for Own Produced Goods and Custom Goods
All our Flightcases, IP-Cases, all foam products, foam sheets, Charger Cases, Tool Cases, etc. are all goods we produce ourselves, or goods that go through our production and are therefore considered own produced goods.
Custom goods are products we do not stock or products we specially order after an order and are especially Zarges products, Plast Cases from W.AG, Maxado products.
All stocked standard products, where we have made foam fittings or modifications of any kind are also considered own produced goods.
The delivery time for Flightcases is normally 2-5 weeks and for special fittings usually between 2-4 weeks.

We thrive on satisfied customers and are known for very high service and flexibility. No matter how you made your purchase via order or online and you regret your purchase on custom goods or own produced goods, contact us immediately.
For goods we have started in our production, we unfortunately cannot offer any form of cancellation. For custom goods we have ordered from our subcontractor, there is no right of cancellation.It is therefore important that you contact us immediately if you regret your purchase. By immediately, we mean the same day you made your purchase.Exchanges of custom goods and own produced goods are not possible.We thrive on satisfied customers and are known for very high service and flexibility. We strive to deliver at the agreed time, as stated in your order confirmation. For our own produced goods and products included in our production, delays can occur. This may be due to a lack of raw materials, illness, machine breakdowns, etc. If we are delayed more than a few days, we will try to inform our customers about these delays. We therefore do not offer cancellation of purchase due to delays.
