Things you will need:

• The equipment you want to protect
• A multilayer foam set
• A foam knife
• A marker

Step 1: Measure and draw

Place your equipment on the multilayer foam set as you’d like it to be organized. Using a marker, draw lines around your equipment. You now have an outline of your equipment on the foam that will be used in the next step.

Step 2: Cut the foam

Using a foam knife, cut into the foam guided by the lines you drew around your equipment. Don’t go too deep into the foam - you can always cut off more material.

Step 3: Insert your equipment

Now, you have cut out the foam to fit your equipment. Insert your equipment into its place and enjoy your DIY custom foam insert.
