We recommend to choose a Flightcase Suitcase design when your requested dimensions do not fit with a standard Peli Case or Extreme Case. It may be that you want a long narrow case or a special lid height. You also have unexpected possibilities for branding, as we can print on all pages in exactly the design you want.

A Flight Case Suitcase design is constructed as standard in 6.5 mm phenolic or PP for low weight and with a hinged lid. We use either external latches or medium butterfly latches, flat corners or ball corners and 22 mm aluminum extrusion. We use either attache handles or recessed flip handles and strong stop hinges.

If you want a Flight Case with low weight, you can choose a Flightcase Trolley in PP. Compared to a traditional flight case, you can reduce the weight by more than 30% and get a super light flight case that is still robust.

We recommend a Flight case Suitcase where you need to have odd dimensions and where a standard case (Peli Case, Storm Case, Peli Air Case) does not fit.
