Procedure for business customers – B2B

Flightcases International A/S sells our products and special solutions direct to businesses and offers up to 30 days’ credit (subject to approval). We are specialists in all kinds of transport boxes, foam liners, storage products etc. and can provide no-obligation advice on the choice of solution and product. Contact one of our salespeople by telephone or e-mail if you have any questions or would like more information.

For companies, you can use a payment card or pay against an invoice. You can also call +45 3321 4444 and order. (Note that the invoicing option requires credit approval). All prices are incl. VAT and other charges; there is no payment card fee, handling charge etc. You will only be charged the cost of carriage. The prices reflect today’s rates.

Note that all purchases not made via our website will have carriage added. 

Purchases made by payment card will only be debited when the item(s) is/are dispatched. You cannot be charged a larger amount than you agreed to. We will encrypt all your card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. That means that outsiders cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. You can choose to shop as a guest or set up an account. If you shop as a guest, you will always receive an order confirmation, waybill and invoice as a PDF attachment sent to the e-mail address you have given us. If you set up an account, you can always view old orders, invoices etc. When you set up the account, you will be sent a user name and password..


How to purchase for public institutions

Flightcases International A/S sells its products and special solutions direct to a large number of public institutions and offers up to 30 days’ credit oand offers up to 30 days’ credit. For example, we have framework agreements with the Danish Armed Forces covering transport boxes and foam.

We are specialists in all kinds of transport boxes, foam liners, storage products etc. and can provide no-obligation advice on the choice of solution and product. Contact one of our salespeople by telephone or e-mail if you have any questions or would like more information.

To buy using an PO number, you can either telephone, send an order or shop via our website, quoting your PO number at check-out (note that the invoicing option requires credit approval). All prices are incl. VAT and other charges; there is no payment card fee, handling charge etc. You will only be charged the cost of carriage. The prices reflect today’s rates.

Warranty, returns policy and cooling-off period

Public institutions have no right of return unless agreed otherwise in writing. If so, the purchaser is entitled to be refunded an amount equal what was paid for the goods, once Flightcases International A/S has approved the returned item. Freight costs, insurance, fees etc. will not be refunded..

Flightcases International A/S sells its products and special solutions direct to individuals. As a private customer, you can purchase via prior payment. You can pay by credit card (Dankort, Mastercard etc.) and Mobilepay. All prices are incl. VAT and other charges; there is no payment card fee, handling charge etc. You will only be charged the cost of carriage. The prices reflect today’s rates.

Husk vi er e-mærket.Remember that we are e-marked. The e-mark represents a wide group of certification bodies, from ‘Forbrugerrådet Tænk’ to the Confederation of Danish Enterprise and the Confederation of Danish Industry. When a webshop is e-marked, consumers receive a number of benefits.

All shipments are sent via Postnord. You can also opt for collection from us in Herlev, and you can always see the price of carriage before you buy. You can see this when you place an item in the shopping cart. You can then get an estimate of the carriage cost.
