We are one of the largest supplier and manufacturer of protective cases and customized foam inserts in Europe
Denmark is the country where the story of Flightcases International A/S began in 1978, and our main office, logistics and main production is located in Herlev - Copenhagen. We are total around 30 colleagues in our production and offices. Besides our main offices in Herlev, we have production facilities and sales office in Gothenburg - Sweden and we a working close with our partners in Helsinki - Finland (Nordic Cases Oy) and in Vienna - Austria (High Performance Cases) who is focusing on the Austrian and German market.
We are long term packaging and design driven business supplying protective packaging solutions to all aspects of industry from large volume production to bespoke prototyping. We have the experience, skills, and technology to provide single-source service for quality cases and packaging.
Our cases are used to secure, protect, transport and display some of the world’s finest (and most expensive) instruments and products–including sensitive equipment for the Military..
We provide cases and custom foam inserts in a wide range of materials including plastic, metal, and wood - with or without interiors. We employ manufacturing processes that include fabricating to deliver high quality products that meet a broad range of exacting needs and specifications. We offer perhaps the widest range of professional cases in Europe and have hand picked the worlds best brands of cases for our customer.
We have a huge stock with more than 15.000 cases and stock the full range of all Peli Cases, Storm Cases, Peli Air, Extreme Cases and our range of Aluminium Cases. We can send all our product from our warehouse world wide on day-to-day basis.
Our manufacturing plant has experienced significant growth over the past ten years incorporating the latest conversion machinery and techniques allowing us the ability to offer a vast array of products and services within standard cases, customized cases and a wide range of foam for many applications.

Flightcases expand August, 2021
Flightcases are growing and expanding. We are now 35 people employed and expand again with extra capacity to store all our cases and raw materials. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that we can get more space. We now have an additional 1.000 m2 of storage available. In total, we now have 3,500 m2 for office, production and warehouse.

Flightcases are growing and expanding with extra storage to accommodate all our products. We have long had problems with lack of storage capacity to store all our cases. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that we can finally get more space. We now have an additional 450 m2 of storage available. In total, we now have 2,500 m2 for office, production and warehouse..

We design and manufacture high-performance, protective Flight cases and racks used for transport, operation and storage of essential equipment in commercial and military applications. High-quality materials are used throughout the construction of all of our Custom Made Cases. We manufcure all our Flight Case production and full color printing inhouse..

Looking back on 2019 Januar, 2020
Looking back on 2019.... We are now more than 30 Employee with production facilities in Denmark and Sweden. A turnover for more than 6,3 million Euro, selling more than 30.000 Cases and consuming more than 1.400 m3 of foam and now recycling almost 80 % of our waist of foam!.
We are looking forward to a great 2020 with many new products, a brand new line of cases and a complete new website to inspire our customers…

Recycling PE Foam December, 2019
Flightcases International A/S is now recycling almost all our waste of PE Foam by giving our PE foam a second life. The foam waste are used for football pitches.
With this Flightcases can reduce or total waste with 80 %. Meaning no elimination costs and damage to the environment.

Expanding Capacitiy september, 2019
Flightcases International expands manufacturing capacity with investing in new machinery. A new CNC combined milling and knife cutter, new hot-wheel coater and a large bandsaw for cutting foam.
With this new investment Flightcases International A/S have now 5 large cutting tables for cutting foam

Flightcases Acquires Spectrum Cases AB september 2, 2019
Flightcases acquires the majority of Spectrum Cases AB in Gothenburg.
Whit this new investment Flightcases International are now located in Gothenburg Sweden with sales office and production of Flightcases and foam interior and will be one of the largest manufacturer and supplier of protective cases in Sweden.

Flightcases acquires Safidan the case and Lights division of Sicom A/S which have been Key Distributor of Peli Cases and Peli Lights in Denmark since 1984.
